The Associate AI Software position is designed for early-career professionals who are passionate about Artificial Intelligence, software development, and emerging digital technologies. The role supports AI Software Engineers, AI Architects, and Digital Transformation teams in the development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of intelligent software solutions and analytics platforms. This position contributes to AI pilot projects, software development activities, data preparation, analytics initiatives, and cloud-based solutions while building foundational expertise in Machine Learning, Generative AI, MLOps, and Smart Manufacturing technologies. The Associate AI Software professional plays an important role in supporting innovation initiatives, continuous improvement eAorts, and the organization's Industry 5.0 digital transformation roadmap through collaboration, learning agility, and technical development.

AI Development Support: 1) Support AI software development projects and intelligent application initiatives. 2) Assist in software testing, debugging, and validation activities. 3) Support development of automation scripts and software components. 4) Assist with documentation, technical reports, and development records.

Data & Analytics Support: 1) Support data collection, preparation, cleansing, and analysis activities. 2) Assist in generating insights through analytics and reporting tools. 3) Contribute to data quality improvement initiatives. 4) Support AI and analytics pilot projects.

Collaboration & Team Support: 1) Collaborate with AI Software Engineers, AI Architects, and multidisciplinary technical teams. 2) Participate in Agile ceremonies, team meetings, and project activities. 3) Support continuous improvement and innovation initiatives. 4) Assist in the execution of digital transformation projects.

Learning & Professional Development: 1) Develop technical expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Cloud Technologies, and Data Analytics. 2) Participate in technical training, certifications, and learning programs. 3) Learn industry best practices related to AI, MLOps, DevOps, and Smart Manufacturing. 4) Build foundational knowledge of Industry 5.0 and Industry 6.0 technologies.

Bachelor's Degree completed or currently pursuing final semesters in: Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technologies or related technical disciplines.

0–2 years of experience in software development, analytics, automation, or AI related projects.

Exposure to cloud technologies, analytics platforms, or digital transformation programs is a plus.
