Purpose of Position
The Early Life Team is part of the Customer Activation function within the Platform Services department at Awin. The team is responsible for ensuring clients reach optimal performance as quickly as possible following onboarding, through the first 6 months of their program. This phase is critical to long-term success for both the client and Awin: a strong launch and well-managed early program development lay the foundation for sustained performance and growth. The Early Life Team oversees the performance of Essentials and VIP Platform Services clients, with responsibility for growing their Gross Profit through close monitoring of key metrics, including adoption of product feed usage, commission groups (more than 2), and active sales partners. As an Account Consultant in a global team, you will deliver launch calls and ongoing performance monitoring for clients, gaining exciting insight into the growing world of Affiliate Marketing while laying the foundations for further expertise in this sector.

Key Tasks
Delivering launch calls to new clients, with a strong understanding of how the affiliate program works in order to guide clients strategically as well as personalized publisher recommendations & gap analysis
Monitoring client performance throughout the first 6 months and identifying gaps and initiating appropriate measures when targets are not met, working toward team KPIs
Supporting clients with strategically relevant advice tailored to their goals and program maturity
Working closely with internal stakeholders to best develop clients within the ramp-up phase, with the goal of continuously improving performance
Ensuring client performance is maximized before handover to other Platform Services teams at the end of the 6-month ramp-up phase
Playing an active role in projects within the team and across teams to establish new and efficient workflows and reports
Skills & Expertise
Strong understanding of affiliate marketing, ideally 1-2+ years' account management experience in a relevant digital marketing role
Strong communicator, able to ask the right questions to identify client needs
Experience presenting commercial content to internal and external groups
Above-average service orientation and enjoyment of client interaction
Detail-oriented and precise way of working, with the ability to think outside the box
Confidence using Salesforce; advanced Excel skills would be an advantage
Analytical skills with the ability to review and interpret data to support clear, data-driven business decisions
