The role holder will be responsible for Business Performance Analytics across all Hubs of Power Products. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing accurate, reliable business insights through data analytics.
Role & responsibilities
Own the full analytics of PPBI App (QPC): lead the overall analytics roadmap, enhancement initiatives and maintenance of the PP BI App. Focus Business Performance Metrics, primary is Offer and Pricing, more can be added.
Collect data requirement: Partner with Data Office PMO and business stakeholders to gather, assess, and prioritize analytics requirements. Translate business needs into well-defined data requirements and user stories.
Analyze and Interpret Data: Perform deep-dive analyses and interpret complex data sets. Effectively communicate findings to stakeholders through reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
Evaluate & decide target destination (SE Intel vs. PPBI App). Transversal dashboards meant for executive leaders to be on SE Intel, Others on PPBI App
Analytics Governance and Compliance: Ensure 100% active dashboards on QPC adhere to GRCC; Rationalize the reporting landscape by identifying and eliminating duplicate, redundant, or non-compliant dashboards; Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase usage, enhance user experience, and retire underutilized or obsolete dashboards.
Expected Functional Skills
Technical skills in SQL, Alteryx, Tableau and / or other analytical tools
Understanding of BI Architecture & ETL Management
Knowledge of offer data architecture and E2E flow and database design.
Digital IT Skills – Working understanding of various tools viz. PIM, Tableau, Data Quality tools like Informatica Data Quality, Microsoft Office suite.
Has knowledge of data related regulatory requirements and emerging trends and issues that impact enterprise data governance
Is well versed with common Data Quality issues and respective mitigation approach
Expected Behavioral Skills
Decision making ability and Capable of taking personal accountability.
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Good interpersonal, communication (fluency in English) and presentation skills
Self-Initiative and Eye for detail
Ability to work in a multicultural and matrix environment (functional and organizational
Capable of leading projects by working with transversal stakeholders (PP Hubs, Data & Digital stakeholders) with a focus on outcomes.
Knowledge of Power Products Division products, systems, and solutions is a plus.
(External) English Qualifications:
Qualification & Experiences
Graduate / Postgraduate in Science stream or Engineering or Business Management
Good understanding of Quality processes, continuous improvement methodologies
Fair understanding of PP offers
Working understanding of Data Maturity, Data governance frameworks, Data Domains, Data Flows etc.
