Primary Responsibilities:

Architect, design, and deliver scalable, secure, cloud-native AI platforms

Lead development of Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions, including multi-agent systems

Own end-to-end AI service lifecycle: design, development, deployment, performance tuning, and production support

Define and enforce AI engineering standards, evaluation frameworks, and observability practices

Perform deep performance profiling, optimization, and reliability improvements for backend AI systems

Collaborate with product, architecture, security, and governance teams to ensure compliant and responsible AI

Mentor senior and junior engineers; provide technical guidance and design reviews

Serve as a subject-matter expert for AI adoption across teams

Required Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience

8+ years of experience, 4+ years of AI/ML and B.Tech / B.E./ M.E/ M.Tech/ MCA
