What you'll be doing

The Senior or Human Resources Business Partner provides effective partnering within the assigned portfolio to achieve strategic and operational outcomes across a range of people and culture objectives. The role supports the Manager People and Culture- HR Business Partners in developing high quality leadership, change management, project management and capability development to both stakeholders and within the HR Business Partners team.

People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:

Relevant tertiary qualifications, or working towards such and/or experience in Human Resources management/ Employee Relations or Business.

Senior experience in generalist workforce/human resources functions including change management, industrial consultation, grievance and disciplinary management, job evaluation, conflict resolution and coaching which demonstrates the ability to develop and implement strategic HR solutions.
