What you'll be doing
Partnering with mangers to understand their people and culture need and provide appropriate timely HR advice to address their needs and interpret employment legislation, Awards and the application of NSW Health policies and procedures.
People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or experience in Human Resources or similar and current NSW driver's licence. Travel to hospitals within the Northern Sydney District is required.
Evidence of ability to provide effective HR advice to managers on the interpretation of NSW Health employment legislation, Awards, policies, procedures and guidelines.
Demonstrated ability to coach managers to enhance their skills and confidence in having clear, candid and regular feedback conversations with their direct reports on their performance and motivate positive behavioural change.
