AI Engineer

Role Purpose

Understand Clients’ business problems and engage in Client servicing to manage peer-level Client relationships

Develop an accurate and realistic design plan along with risk mitigation solutions for the project

Liaison with Information Architects, Designers & Business Analysts to finalize the usability and feasibility of interface designs

Effectively communicate responsibilities to the track leads and mentor a collaborative team to deliver Client expectations

What you will bring

10+ years of software engineering experience with a background in Computer Science (or equivalent) and a deep mastery of core fundamentals that drive scalable, testable architecture which is now applied to designing and shipping AI-powered products for customers.

Hands-on experience across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), spanning both backend and frontend technologies with focus on Python, Java, React or similar frameworks, paired with fluent use of AI-assisted development tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) to accelerate delivery

Experience writing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests across the full stack.

A demonstrated track record of leveraging AI to fast-track outcomes for customers - compressing discovery-to-delivery timelines, automating repetitive engineering work, and lifting code quality and throughput.

Proven understanding of how AI agents are built – agent framework, prompt design, tool and function calling, orchestration, memory, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).

Experience with agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or Strands, with the ability to translate those skills to building and deploying agents on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore.

Ability to evaluate non-deterministic LLM and agent output by defining evals, assertions, and quality metrics, and instrumenting agents for tracing and observability (OpenTelemetry, CloudWatch).
