About the role
About MVR Digital
MVR Digital is a performance marketing agency recognized by Adweek as one of the Fastest Growing Agencies. We partner with emerging and scaling brands across automotive, luxury goods, skincare, and other high value categories to drive profitable growth through disciplined, cross channel marketing strategies. We are fully remote, with teams across the globe.
The Role
We are hiring a contract Project Manager to own delivery for one of our largest and most complex client accounts. This is a dedicated seat. You will not be splitting attention across a book of business. You will go deep on a single brand and become the person who knows how every piece of its work moves.
This is not a task tracker or meeting scheduler role. You will translate strategy into execution, keep cross functional teams aligned, and make sure high quality work ships on time and on scope.
You will work closely with the Client Success Manager, media buyers, and creative team to manage timelines, priorities, and dependencies across paid media and creative.
ClickUp is our operating system. You will be the operational owner of this client's ClickUp workspace.
What You Will Do
Own delivery for one account
Run end to end project management across paid media, creative, email, and launch initiatives
Translate strategic plans into clear scopes, timelines, and task plans in ClickUp
Build and maintain project plans, dependencies, and milestones
Ship work on time, at quality, aligned to client goals
Spot risks early and adjust timelines or resourcing before they become problems
Coordinate across teams
Act as the central point of coordination between media buyers, designers, and operations
Run internal huddles, weekly status check ins, and delivery reviews
Give teams clear briefs, requirements, and deadlines
Keep work moving through high intensity periods like Q4, launches, and creative refreshes
Communicate with clarity
Support the Client Success Manager by keeping execution tight and predictable
Flag timeline and priority shifts early, before they surprise anyone
Document decisions, action items, and next steps in ClickUp
Speak up when a scope or timeline call is not in the client's best interest, even when that is inconvenient internally
Build the workspace so it outlives you
Maintain clean, accurate ClickUp boards, tasks, statuses, and documentation
Document to a standard where any teammate could pick up this account cold
Enforce best practices for async communication and remote collaboration
How We Work
These are our values. We hire against them and we run the interview loop against them.
Act Like an Owner. You take responsibility for outcomes, not tasks. When something is broken and it is nobody's job to fix it, you fix it.
Clarity over Complexity. You bring structure to messy situations and keep teams focused on what matters. You write to reduce confusion.
Serve Clients' Best Interest. You advocate for the right call on behalf of the client, including when it creates friction on our side.
We Win Together, We Lose Together. When a project slips, you absorb it and solve it rather than documenting who dropped it. Project managers who route blame do not last here.
Data-Informed, Human-Led. You read the board and the room. You know a designer is underwater before the task turns red.

Why This Role Is Different
Most contract PM roles are overflow work. This one is not. You will own delivery for an account that matters to us, with real authority over how the work runs and direct access to the people making decisions. If you want a seat where your operational judgment visibly changes outcomes, this is it.
Compensation
This Project / Program Manager role pays $2k-$3k/yr. Within typical range for project / program manager roles in Canada.
