Keep the future of e-mobility running.
Take end-to-end ownership of cloud-native platforms and help deliver reliable e-mobility services at scale.
You can look forward to a role that will challenge and inspire you:
You ensure reliable operation and continuous improvement of our digital e-mobility products, as part of a cross-functional team, by shaping and advancing operational excellence across IT systems and applications
You develop, provision, and operate AWS cloud application environments using Infrastructure-as-Code with Terraform, for container-based and serverless applications built with TypeScript and Node.js
You develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and technical automation processes using GitHub Actions and modern CI/CD practices
You monitor cloud accounts, infrastructure, application environments, and services using observability and monitoring tools such as AWS CloudWatch and/or Grafana
You take ownership of operations by participating in on-call rotations, responding to incidents, conducting root cause analyses, and troubleshooting complex operational issues (2nd/3rd-level support) to ensure reliable service level and adherence to SLAs and SLOs
You perform release deployments, rollout activities, and migration processes to ensure reliable and auditable delivery of IT systems and applications
You define and implement security- and reliability-related measures in line with IT security and operational policies, guidelines, and broader regulatory requirements
You work as part of the team and collaborate closely on cloud infrastructure, software architecture, IT security, technical operations, and technical support tasks
You share knowledge by delivering technical demos, maintaining documentation, conducting pair programming, and knowledge transfer sessions with your teammates
Your expertise makes the difference:
DevOps competence: At least 5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, Cloud Engineer, or Site Reliability Engineer
Operations ownership: Experience with and willingness to work in on-call rotation, incident management, and providing 3rd-level technical support in production environments
Cloud expertise with AWS: Experience with building and/or operating highly available cloud-native applications and IT systems in AWS cloud, using services such as ECS, Fargate, EC2, RDS, OpenSearch, VPC, S3, Systems Manager, and CloudWatch
Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC): Advanced knowledge of Terraform and 2+ years of experience using it with AWS cloud
Automation mindset: Advanced experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines with integrated automated testing strategies (unit, integration, and end-to-end tests) to ensure software quality and reliable deployments. Experience with GitHub Actions is a plus.
Observability know-how: Advanced hands-on experience with observability and monitoring for cloud-native applications and IT systems, using AWS CloudWatch, Grafana, or similar tools
Programming languages: Knowledge of scripting and programming languages such as Bash and TypeScript/JavaScript.
Network and security: Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols such as TCP/IP, DHCP, SSH, HTTP, TLS/SSL, WebSocket, DNS, and familiarity with security concepts including IAM, RBAC, Least Privilege, and Zero Trust
Team-player attitude: Experience working in agile software development environments and cross-functional teams
Language proficiency: Fluent written and spoken English is required. German proficiency at B1 level or above is considered
