HR Business Partner
About the role
POSITION OBJECTIVE
Act as the primary point of contact for leaders at all levels of BRP, and as a secondary point of contact for employees, providing strategic people-related guidance. Ensure strong alignment between business objectives and HR strategies by translating business needs into actionable, value-driven people solutions. Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, with the ability to understand and influence business strategy and outcomes, while enhancing leader effectiveness and addressing business challenges
ROLE & RESPONSABILITIES:
Partner with management teams to drive business results by optimizing talent, organizational structure, processes, and culture.
Serve as a trusted coach and advisor to leaders on people management, leadership effectiveness, and talent development.
Provide strategic and operational HR consulting across core initiatives, including performance management, talent review and succession planning, total rewards, workforce planning, organizational design, labor relations, and payroll.
Collaborate daily with managers to address employee and organizational issues while developing short- and long-term HR strategies that enhance departmental performance and operational efficiency.
Influence and support Centers of Excellence (COEs) in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that meet legal requirements, foster a positive work environment, and support organizational development goals.
Leverage HR analytics and data insights to inform business decisions, including metrics such as headcount, absenteeism, turnover, and workforce trends.
Provide expert guidance and counsel to internal stakeholders on all human capital matters, ensuring fair, consistent, and equitable treatment across the organization.
Promote and reinforce business ethics, company values, and compliance with employment laws and regulations at all organizational levels.
Support and foster a positive social climate, employee engagement, and healthy labor relations.

topics.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:
General knowledge of HR processes
Implementation and development of plans and programs
HR initiatives consultant
Business acumen
Employees problem solving
Adaptability and flexibility
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor in: Business administration, Psychologist or similar.
3 Years in HR role
