Pre-requisites

Problem Solving and troubleshooting skills

Proactive skills to improve the IT services

Experience on supporting and managing external vendors

Experience with ITSM platforms (Diserable Servicenow)

Experience in Windows environments

Main responsibilities

Active participation in/implementation of the incident and change process (demand-and-delivery process)

Specialization in operational tasks in 1-2 dedicated CoE areas

Compliance with predetermined processes and methods (incl. CMDB, Asset Mgmt.)

Error analysis and resolution in 2nd Level Support

Creation of IT documentation and Knowledge Base articles

Manage devices in IT warehouse, control stocks and system registration of those

Support users from office and shop floor considering but not limited to network, computers, scanners, tablets, printers and mobile devices

Support end users on mobile telephony services

Monitor internet links and connectivity, using specific and call vendors when necessary.

Report on IT Supervisor projects and tasks that might need help

Education:
