Junior Process Engineer Internship

Department: Process Engineering

Kovin

Responsibilities

Support monitoring, analysis, and improvement of production processes with focus on quality, efficiency, and process stability.

Participate in local process improvement, validation, equipment, and new technology implementation projects.

Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and SMEs to collect data, support solving process issues, and daily operations.

Develop technical and Lean skills through shop floor involvement, documentation updates, training support, and continuous improvement activities.

Qualifications

Recently graduated with a university degree in Mechanical Engineering or Engineering Technology

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Excellent written and spoken English.

Excellent IT proficiency, especially in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

Strong sense of personal accountability.

Ability to contribute to team success.
