Join Aertrip India Limited as an HR Recruiter and help us hire top talent across Tech and Non-Tech roles.
Experience: 1–3 Years Location: Ghitorni, New Delhi Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates through job portals and social media.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Coordinate offer rollouts and onboarding activities.
Requirements:
1–3 years of recruitment experience.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Experience hiring for Tech and Non-Tech roles is preferred.
Familiarity with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other hiring platforms.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
