Experience Required
Associate: 6–10 years of relevant experience
Experience in Record to Report (R2R) and financial accounting is mandatory.
Job Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) activities.
Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and provisions.
Perform account and balance sheet reconciliations.
Handle intercompany accounting and reconciliations.
Support financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities.
Prepare MIS reports and financial reports.
Participate in month-end and year-end closing activities.
Work with SAP for finance operations and ensure data accuracy.
Collaborate with cross-functional and global stakeholders.
Requirements
CA Inter or ICWA qualification is mandatory.
6–10 years of relevant experience in Finance/R2R.
Experience in FP&A, Intercompany Accounting, Hyperion, MIS Reporting, and Reconciliations.
Must have experience in the Manufacturing industry.
Hands-on experience with SAP is mandatory; SAP S/4HANA experience is preferred.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Ability to join within 45–60 days.
