Job Description:
Responsibilities :
Partner with executive recruiters to support end-to-end search processes and requisition management in Workday
Provide administrative support for sourcing activities and candidate coordination
Draft, edit, and finalize candidate nomination and presentation materials
Prepare candidate profiles, interview materials, and briefing documents
Ensure all candidate documentation is accurate, complete, and aligned with internal standards
Maintain and validate candidate data in ATS, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
Support reporting requirements, including pipeline tracking and search progress updates
Drive consistency and quality across executive recruiting processes and ensure compliance with policies
Collaborate with U.S.-based recruiters and global stakeholders to ensure seamless execution across time zones
Support TA projects, process improvements, tool implementations, and ad hoc hiring initiatives
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required in writing, communication, marketing, operations or other related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, Recruiting Coordination, or Executive Search support
Experience supporting executive-level or senior leadership hiring processes preferred
Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in documentation and data management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with global teams, particularly supporting U.S.-based stakeholders
Proficiency with ATS systems (e.g., Workday) and Microsoft Office tools
Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support U.S. based teams
