Job Summary We are looking for a creative, performance-driven Social Media Manager to lead the digital presence . The ideal candidate will create engaging content, grow our online community, execute campaigns, generate qualified leads through social media, and actively support lead conversion and closures in coordination with the sales team. Key Responsibilities ● Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and X. ● Create and manage content calendars, reels, posts, stories and campaigns. ● Manage social media advertising campaigns and optimize ROI. ● Grow followers, engagement and brand awareness. ● Generate qualified leads through social media campaigns and community engagement. ● Follow up on social media enquiries and ensure lead nurturing. ● Coordinate with the sales/business development team for lead closures. ● Achieve monthly lead generation and conversion targets. ● Track analytics and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports. ● Monitor trends and competitor activities to improve campaign performance. ● Coordinate with designers, video editors and influencers. Required Qualifications & Skills Graduate in Marketing, Communications or related field. 2–5 years of experience in social media marketing. Strong copywriting and content planning skills. Experience with Meta Ads, LinkedIn campaigns and social media analytics. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Experience in lead generation and lead closure is mandatory. Familiarity with Canva, Adobe tools or similar platforms is preferred. Self-driven, target-oriented and creative. Pay: ₹11,379.22 - ₹43,103.74 per month
