Key Account Manager – HVAC & BMS
Location: Richmond Circle, Bengaluru (Mumbai-based candidates willing to relocate or travel to Bengaluru are also encouraged to apply.)
Experience: 3–5 Years leading provider of HVAC and Building Management System (BMS) automation solutions. We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused professional to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and build long-term relationships with key clients.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable HVAC & BMS solutions.
Prepare and share techno-commercial quotations.
Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, and Operations teams.
Follow up on enquiries and convert opportunities into business.
Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline.
Resolve customer queries and ensure high client satisfaction.
Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, Business Development, or Client Relationship Management.
Experience in HVAC, BMS, Building Automation, Electrical, Fire & Safety, MEP, Industrial Automation, or Technical Sales is preferred.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Preferred Candidate
Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 30 days' notice period preferred.
Strong customer relationship and account management skills.
Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
