Product Developer

Duties & Responsibilities

Analyze, develops, tests, debugs, and maintains applications, services, APIs, and frameworks.

Participates in design discussions, code reviews, and technical problem solving.

Uses AI-assisted development tools to improve coding, testing, and documentation.

Contributes to code quality, performance, security, and maintainability by following engineering standards.

Develops and maintains tools, automation, and processes that support software delivery.

Collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.

Continuously learns new technologies and contributes ideas to improve engineering practices.

Estimates assigned work and delivers quality solutions on schedule.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Experience with one or more modern programming languages or frameworks such as Python, C#, Node.js, or similar technologies.

Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.

Familiarity with AI coding tools and modern software development practices.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, debugging, and collaboration skills.

Ability to learn new technologies and business domains with attention to detail.

Qualifications

3+ years of applicable software engineering experience with demonstrated success.

2+ years of specialized experience in modern application development, cloud technologies, AI-assisted development, or related technical domains.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.

Experience with software design, automated testing, CI/CD, code reviews, and Agile development.
