Job Purpose

La risorsa entrerà a far parte di un importante realtà del settore farmaceutico, occupandosi della gestione e del coordinamento delle attività di manutenzione relative agli impianti Utilities del sito industriale e dell’Headquarters, assicurando il corretto funzionamento degli asset, la conformità normativa e il rispetto degli standard di sicurezza e qualità-GMP.

Key Responsibilities

Gestire e coordinare le attività di manutenzione ordinaria, straordinaria e preventiva degli impianti.

Pianificare le attività manutentive attraverso strumenti di Maintenance Planning e CMMS.

Coordinare fornitori, contractor e team tecnici interni durante l'esecuzione degli interventi.

Monitorare i KPI di manutenzione e promuovere iniziative di miglioramento continuo.

Garantire il rispetto delle normative in materia di sicurezza, qualità e ambiente.

Supervisionare la documentazione tecnica, i report di manutenzione e la relativa compliance.

Collaborare con i team Engineering, Operations e HSE per la gestione degli impianti.

Gestire Capex e budget, pianificazione delle risorse e ottimizzazione dei costi manutentivi.

Gestire le attività di qualifica/riqualifica di sistemi/equipment specifici d’area

Emettere e/o aggiornare SOP, deviazioni, Technical Report relativi alla propria area di appartenenza.

Required Education

Laurea in Ingegneria(Meccanica/Elettrica)- Diploma di perito Tecnico

Required Skills and Experience

Esperienza pluriennale nel ruolo

Esperienza consolidata nella gestione di impianti Utilities e/o nella costruzione di impianti elettro/meccanici.

Provenienza da contesti industriali complessi; sarà considerata un plus l'esperienza nel settore farmaceutico/ Alimentare e/o impiantistico.

Ottima conoscenza delle metodologie di Preventive, Predictive e Corrective Maintenance.

Esperienza nell'utilizzo di sistemi CMMS ed ERP dedicati alla manutenzione, in particolare SAP-PM.

Conoscenza delle normative HSE e degli standard di qualità-GMP .

Capacità di coordinamento di team multidisciplinari e contractor.

Ottime capacità organizzative, decisionali e di problem solving.

Required Languages

Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.

Trattamento economico

RAL (Retribuzione Annua Lorda) di partenza: € 55.000
