Electrical Harness Integration Leader (EHIL)
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
You will manage the Electrical Harness installation resources and activities on the project you are responsible for.
You will be responsible of the electrical deliveries for each electrical baseline of the project you are contributing to.
You will build and develop the EHI technical competency in the Team.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Performance Measurement/KPI’s
Quality of their delivery (included sub-contractor delivery):
1st time quality rate > 90% (quality rate = modification validated OK / number of modifications applied)
Respect of the delivery planning (included sub-contractor delivery):
100% on time delivery
Level of application of standard PPL:
85% of PPL for interface connector and 100% for production break connector.
Configuration management of your deliverables:
100% of deliverables properly managed into configuration database
Continuous improvement or Return on Experience (RoE) management from previous projects:
zero missing RoE
Accountable for:
Delivery of the right product at the right moment to the project Train Electrical Engineer, the product consisting into the complete electrical case or a set of electrical deliverables for each baseline and retrofit made of :
Harness Design workload on your project/tender,
Applying of the Metier rules and processes
Responsible for:
Delivery of harness 3D models from mechanical integration,
Managing the EHI QCD of your project,
Managing the EHI work-load of your project, and effective utilization of Harness designer
Sub-contracting management (definition, monitoring, acceptance)
MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
Educational Requirements
Mandatory:
Graduate from an Engineering School

Total experience 5 + Years
Electronic / Electrotechnical / Electro - Mechanical engineering knowledge
Electrical CAD experience (at least 3 years)
Experience in activity and team management (at least 2 years)
Desirable:
Uses of E3S or See One
Railway experience
Industrial and manufacturing view in order to better understand their “internal clients

Salary Range 37.500 € - 50.000 €CCNL
