As a Specialist, and a valued member of the Venezia Cannaregio team, you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:

Managing and monitoring qualitative and quantitative KPIs (Recruitment, My Client, LoveMeter, Conversion Rate, Average ticket, Unit Per Ticket…) and Omnichannel services (Sephora+, Click & collect, App download).

Monitoring team performances (both personal and store KPIs) and define corrective actions.

Managing the department team and its performances, developing team members skills and talents.

Ensuring quality standards of your own department (makeup, skincare, fragrance, Sephora Collection)

Training on technical skills.

Resolving any disputes.

Developing team working spirit and animate every member of the team to make them achieve their goals.

Informing the team through briefing about the current results and the daily/monthly objectives.

Guaranteeing the best Costumer Journey ensuring guidelines respect.

Monitoring and sharing daily results with Store Manager and all the team.

Ensuring the respect of all the company procedures (regulations, safety procedures) and commercial policies (prices, promotions, communication).

Managing performances of In Store services (internal, external)

Organizing and planning the Booxi platform.

Daily correspondence with Trade &Communication Department to coordinate activities and happenings in store (events, masterclass and Digiclass).

Supporting Managers in daily activities, actively contributing to the development of the store's commercial and HR strategy.

Managing the stockroom, maintaining optimal stock levels in accordance with product replenishment cycles and merchandising strategies.

Do not hesitate to apply if you have:

Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in similar roles (Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, Key Holder), preferably within dynamic, multinational retail environments.

Knowledge of key commerce KPIs, and confidence in budget management, analysis, and daily reporting.
