As a Senior Finance Analyst / Controller, you will:

Planning & Analysis

Provide financial and business analysis, even when the information available isn't always complete,

Own project finance, budgeting and profitability tracking,

Monitor cost center expenses vs. forecast,

Build reports that turn financial data into business insights,

Support Budgeting and forecasting,

Processes & Controls

Collaborate on efficient processes, accounting methods, controls and industry best practices,

Identify and execute opportunities to automate and standardize processes,

Establish controls to guarantee data accuracy,

Control and follow up on posting of supplier invoices, taxes, payroll expenses and accruals,

Get involved in ERP or systems improvement projects

Collaboration

Coordinate financial closings & treasury,

Handle intercompany reconciliations,

Support external audit processes,

Guide and mentor junior team members,

Help lead and grow a small team over time

Required Qualifications

Education & Background

A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

5-6 years of relevant experience

Proven experience working in a big four or similar,

Comfortable working in multi-entity, multi-currency environments

Technical Skills

Sharp analytical skills and strong attention to detail

Hands-on experience with financial modeling, P&L management and analysis,

Expert in MS Office, confident handling large datasets,

Familiarity with an ERP system - SB4H is a plus

Fluent English
