Purpose
You are responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing activities to ensure successful project execution. This role involves technical and administrative duties, requiring collaboration with various teams to meet project objectives within time and budget constraints.
Responsibilities
You lead the project team, ensuring the right skills and expertise are in place to meet project goals.
You define the project structure, assigning roles and fostering collaboration.
You manage communication and reporting within the team and across stakeholders.
You are responsible to define and implement the change management plan.
You organize, manage, and report on assigned tasks to ensure timely progress.
You facilitate effective communication between project members for smooth task execution.
You delegate tasks appropriately, enabling quick decision-making while maintaining control.
You support the Project Management Team (PMT) in staying aligned with project objectives.
You cascade project objectives to the team, ensuring they are understood and implemented.
You coordinate issue resolution and ensure that the Management of Change process is adhered to.
You regularly report key updates and ensure corrective actions are implemented as needed.
You take ownership of problems, ensuring their timely resolution, and work closely with PMT members.
You may be asked to represent the project internally and externally for specific scopes or phases.
You are responsible to develop and implement the roll out plan in coordination with shorebases/units offshore.
Education
Master degree in Engineering, Project Management or related field.
Experience
5 yearsâ experience in project related activities preferably within the Oil & Gas industry.
Proficiency in project management software and engineering tools.
