Consumer Travel & Lifestyle Consultant – Permanent Contract – Italian, English & Spanish Speaker | Full-Time Night Shifts

Join our Consumer Travel team as a Travel & Lifestyle Consultant , where you will deliver exceptional service and personalized travel solutions to our Premium Card Members. In this role, you will manage a wide variety of travel and lifestyle requests, providing end-to-end support, expert guidance, and tailored recommendations while delivering the premium service experience American Express is known for.

This is a permanent, full-time, fully virtual position , giving you the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in Spain . As part of our overnight operation, you will work rotating night shifts to ensure continuous service coverage and business continuity.

Fluency in Italian, English, and Spanish (written and spoken) is required.

Previous experience in customer service, travel, hospitality, or another premium service environment is preferred.

Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting relationships with customers.

Availability to work permanent rotating overnight shifts.

Flexibility to work weekends and Bank Holidays on a rotational basis.

Availability to work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week .

Strong analytical, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong computer literacy and the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.

Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while contributing effectively to a collaborative team.

Self-motivated, adaptable, and committed to delivering a premium customer experience.
