Specifically, when you join the Supply Chain & Operations Team in Milan, you will have the opportunity to be part of the biggest revolution taking place by rethinking customer operating models from a digital perspective. You will work closely with market-leading companies on innovation topics and support our clients throughout their digital transformation journey.

Specifically, you will be tasked with:

Rethink the operating models of key business functions (with a specific focus on the Extended Supply Chain) by redesigning processes, revising the organizational structure and evaluating new technologies to support the Business

Assess the impacts and expected benefits of initiatives identified through business cases and monitor pre- and post-transformation performance

Lead and coordinate complex Business and Digital Transformation programs with Program, Project & Change Management initiatives

A master’s degree in Management Engineering

Organizational and teamwork skills with attention to detail, including the ability to prioritize and manage various complex tasks and activities

Excellent knowledge of the MS Office package

Excellent knowledge of English, ideally with study and/or work experience abroad

This opportunity is offered as either an internship or a standard employment contract under the collective labour agreement for the commerce sector, with a starting gross annual salary of €29,000. The salary is determined on the basis of objective criteria, including educational qualifications and an assessment of the candidate’s profile against the requirements of the role.
