We are looking for a Logistic SAP Specialist who will be responsible for managing and optimizing logistics processes and material flows in the Defense sector.

About this vacancy

The resource will be integrated into the Logistics/Supply Chain area and will be responsible for:

Managing logistics flows and material movements within SAP.

Coordinating procurement activities and managing spare parts for maintenance and production.

Handling flows related to the repair of components and materials, monitoring their status and traceability.

Preparing reports and KPIs related to logistics and material management activities.

What we expect from you

Master's degree in Management Engineering or related fields.

At least 1-2 years of experience in similar roles within industrial or manufacturing contexts.

Excellent knowledge of SAP (mandatory).

Experience in managing material flows, spare parts, warehouse, and procurement processes.

Knowledge of maintenance processes and repair management.

Good knowledge of the English language.

Italian language proficiency at C1 level.

Availability to work on-site.

What you can expect from us

The position involves a permanent contract, and the gross annual salary (RAL) offered will not be less than €35,000, in accordance with the provisions of the CCNL Commercio – Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi.

TMC is committed to offering a competitive remuneration package and, at the end of the selection process, based on the evaluation of the candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications, may propose a final RAL exceeding the level indicated above.

Following our business model, the final remuneration package also includes a profit-sharing component directly tied to project profits, an individual budget of €4,000 net annually for skill development, and an annual welfare credit. Further details will be provided during the selection process, in accordance with current company policies.
