Join us as a Financing & Risk Solutions Analyst
In this crucial role, you'll work with the Structuring team to support fund financing transactions, focusing on subscription line facilities, General Partner (GP) financing, and Net Asset Value (NAV) lines
We’ll look to you to develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients
This is a fantastic opportunity to build domain expertise in fund financing by analysing fund structures, investor commitments, and financial performance

What you'll do
As a Financing & Risk Solutions Analyst, you'll support the effective execution and management of transactions, ensuring all activities are conducted in line with the bank's conduct, operational, credit, and regulatory risk frameworks.
You'll also assist with the structuring, due diligence, documentation, execution, and monitoring of subscription line facilities, GP financing and NAV lines, while supporting related lifecycle activities.
Additionally, your day-to-day activities will include:
Assisting in the structuring of subscription line, NAV line, and GP facilities, including the preparation of transactions paper for internal stakeholders
Conducting analysis of fund structures and strategies, investor commitments, and asset and financial statements to assess creditworthiness and risk
Performing due diligence on funds and their underlying investors and assets
Coordinating with legal, credit, operations, and other internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution and completion of documentation
Monitoring existing facilities to ensure compliance with covenants, reporting requirements, and internal policies
Acting as a point of contact for syndicated transactions and helping to address stakeholder queries
Collaborating with operations teams to support efficient transaction execution and resolve administrative queries
The skills you'll need
We’re looking for someone with a postgraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline. Experience within fund financing, private equity, banking, or a related field will be advantageous.
To succeed in this role, you must also bring strong analytical and quantitative skills, excellent attention to detail, and a solid understanding of financial statement analysis. Knowledge of private equity fund structures and subscription line financing would be beneficial.
In addition, you’ll need to demonstrate:
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
Strong organisational skills and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
The ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team
A proactive approach to learning and developing expertise in fund financing products and markets
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
