Z3_Product Analyst

We are currently seeking a Z3_Product Analyst to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Act as the primary point of contact for product-related operational issues.

Support L1/L2 teams with incident analysis, bug validation, and troubleshooting guidance.

Monitor operational KPIs and identify trends impacting system stability or user experience.

Maintain updated SOPs, knowledge articles, and support documentation.

Apply Safe, or similar methodologies for continuous improvement.

Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Signavio and reporting tools.

Knowledge of data visualization tools, Service Now, RPA or AI-driven optimization.
