Position: Project Coordinator Location: Ahmedabad (Project Location – Kanpur Project) Experience: 8+ Years Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering Salary: ₹85,000 – ₹90,000 per month

About the Role

Sycone is looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to support the execution of a large-scale Heavy Manufacturing Industrial Project. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in project planning, MIS reporting, Advanced Excel, stakeholder coordination, and project documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate project planning and execution activities across multiple teams.

Track project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and progress.

Prepare and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and project documentation.

Support Project Managers with planning, reporting, and execution activities.

Coordinate with site teams, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.

Monitor project performance and communicate regular status updates.

Utilize Advanced Excel for reporting, analysis, and dashboards.

Leverage AI tools to improve reporting and documentation efficiency.

Maintain project records, timelines, and resource coordination.

Identify project risks, delays, and coordination issues and assist in mitigation.

Required Skills

8+ years of Project Coordination experience

BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Strong Project Planning & Scheduling knowledge

Excellent MIS Reporting skills

Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, Dashboards)

Knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, etc.)

Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Preferred

Experience in Heavy Industrial/Manufacturing Projects

BIM knowledge is an added advantage
