SAP Joule Specialist

We are looking for an experienced SAP Joule Specialist to design, implement, and optimize SAP Joule AI capabilities across SAP landscapes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with SAP Business AI, SAP Joule, SAP BTP, Generative AI integrations, and SAP applications such as S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, or Concur.

Key Responsibilities

 Design and implement SAP Joule use cases across business functions.

 Configure and integrate SAP Business AI and Joule with SAP applications.

 Develop AI-powered business scenarios using SAP BTP, SAP AI Core, and SAP AI Launchpad.

 Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation and productivity opportunities using Joule.

 Integrate SAP Joule with external GenAI platforms and APIs where required.

 Develop conversational AI solutions, prompts, and workflows to improve user experience.

 Ensure AI governance, security, and compliance standards are followed.

 Troubleshoot and optimize SAP Joule implementations and AI services.

 Prepare technical documentation, best practices, and knowledge transfer sessions.

Requirements

 4+ years of SAP experience with 1+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Joule/SAP Business AI.

 Strong understanding of SAP Joule architecture and capabilities.

 Experience with SAP BTP, SAP AI Core, SAP AI Launchpad, and Generative AI Hub.

 Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur, or other SAP cloud solutions.

 Experience with REST APIs, AI integrations, and conversational AI solutions.

 Familiarity with LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and GenAI concepts.

 Experience in Python, JavaScript, or CAP development is an advantage.

 Understanding of AI governance, security, and responsible AI practices.

Preferred Background

 SAP certifications in SAP BTP, SAP AI, or SAP S/4HANA.

 Experience implementing AI-driven business transformation initiatives.

 Exposure to Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, or other GenAI platforms integrated with SAP ecosystems.
