Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development
Achieve and exceed sales targets for the acute urology portfolio within assigned accounts
Identify and develop new business opportunities across public and private healthcare institutions
Drive product conversion and defend market share through structured account planning
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies
2. Account Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including:
Urologists, surgeons, and clinicians
Nursing leaders (e.g., ward nurses, continence nurses)
Procurement and materials management teams
Develop and execute account plans to product utilization and strengthen customer loyalty
Conduct regular account reviews to track performance and identify growth opportunities
3. Clinical & Product Support
Provide product education, in-service training, and clinical support to healthcare professionals
Support product evaluations, trials, and conversions
Ensure proper product usage aligned with clinical guidelines and patient safety standards
4. Tender & Contract Management
Support tender submissions and contract negotiations in collaboration with internal stakeholders
Ensure compliance with pricing strategies, tender requirements, and regulatory standards
Monitor contract performance and ensure fulfillment of agreed terms
5. Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with Marketing to execute portfolio strategies, campaigns, and product launches
Partner with Customer Service and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely product availability
Collaborate with Marketing and regional teams for training, education, and best practices
6. Compliance & Process Adherence
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and healthcare industry standards
Maintain accurate and timely reporting of sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline in SFDC
Adhere to processes for product handling, documentation, and case support when required
Requirements
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
2–5 years of sales experience in medical devices, preferably in urology, continence care, or hospital consumables
Experience working in hospital environments and managing tenders is preferred
Skills & Competencies
Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills
Good understanding of hospital workflows and clinical practices
Ability to engage and influence both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders
Effective communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
Other Requirements
Willingness to travel within assigned territory
Ability to support clinical environments when required (e.g., ward-based education, product trials)

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
Strong influencing skills
Demonstrated positive communication, writing and presentation skills
Self-motivated, reliable and resourceful
