JOB DESCRIPTION

• Process the Bank’s full accounts payable cycle from processing invoices, staff reimbursement and all Indirect Tax submissions for timely and accurate payment. • Month End Closing/ Year End Closing and reconciliation for accurate reporting and for Audit Purposes • Involved in project improvements and system implementations to streamline payment process and assist in areas as and when assigned to the team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maker Role for processing invoices, Staff Reimbursement (SR), including all Indirect Taxes. • Handle queries from internal stakeholders and external vendors/ suppliers’ enquiries. • Process payment with accurate payment method, reviewing / Approving of payments via top up memo • Prepare Journal Entries and Schedules to reconcile system reports to balances • Involved in project improvements and system implementation, to streamline payment and update with statutory/ business requirements • Liaise with external and internal auditors and internal stakeholders

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Accounting diploma or qualification or minimum 1 year in accounts payable function 2. Accuracy and Strong attention to details and adhering to tight deadlines and quick turnaround for accounting deliverables. 3. Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills, with positive and professional attitude to maintain positive working relationships with various stakeholders. 4. Analytical and implementation skills, demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and drive change across a complex organization and multiple stakeholders. 5. A strong work ethic with high level of integrity and ethics.
