Cyber Security Senior Lead

Key Responsibilities

Define and lead enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategy and roadmap

Oversee end-to-end security program delivery across multiple projects or accounts

Engage senior stakeholders to align security initiatives with business objectives

Lead risk management, threat mitigation, and security governance frameworks

Provide thought leadership on emerging threats, security architecture, and compliance

Build and mentor high-performing security teams across domains

Drive innovation and continuous improvement in security operations and capabilities

Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational security standards

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field

12+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with leadership responsibilities

Strong expertise across security domains (e.g., cloud security, network security, identity, risk & compliance)

Proven experience managing large-scale programs and senior stakeholder relationships

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive business outcomes

Strong communication and executive presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or equivalent)

Experience with security transformation initiatives in enterprise environments

Exposure to global delivery models and multi-region security operations
