About the Role

We're seeking a commercially minded Management Accountant to join our Finance team based at our Adelaide Head Office.

Reporting to the FP&A Manager, you'll work closely with operational leaders across our Customer Streams, acting as a trusted finance partner by providing financial analysis and project support that influence business performance and strategic decision-making.

What You'll Do

Prepare accurate month-end management reports and financial analysis.

Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.

Partner with operational leaders to provide commercial and financial insights.

Analyse project performance, identify trends and recommend improvements.

Assist with cost control, forecasting and financial reporting across major projects.

Support continuous improvement initiatives across finance systems and processes.

Contribute to the development of reporting tools and financial procedures.

Work collaboratively across the Finance team to deliver high-quality outcomes.

End-to-end accounting processes to support accurate financial reporting and business performance.

What You'll Bring

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.

CPA or CA qualification (or working towards) is highly regarded.

Experience in external audit looking to make your first move into industry, or previous experience as a Management Accountant or in a similar commercial finance role

Strong financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting capability.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience using ERP systems.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to build effective stakeholder relationships.
