We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our Custom Tech Services team, supporting the delivery of client-driven technical initiatives across bespoke platform builds, business systems, SaaS product extensions, and integrations between Two Circles products and third-party platforms.
This role sits at the intersection of client discovery, business analysis, and technical delivery. You will work with client stakeholders, local market teams, Product, Engineering, Delivery, and Solution Architecture to help gather business requirements, document workflows, and translate client needs into clear delivery outputs for globally distributed technical teams.
The work will include integration and extension use cases, CRM and business systems workflows, custom features within or adjacent to our SaaS products, and bespoke solutions where required. You will help bring structure to ambiguous requests, support clear documentation, and ensure engineering teams have the context they need to deliver effectively.
You will work with teams across multiple time zones, including India, and will need to communicate clearly, maintain organized documentation, and support effective handoffs between local client teams and global delivery teams.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with early-to-mid career business analysis experience who is comfortable in client-facing environments, has worked with software or technical delivery teams, and wants to grow their skills across custom technology, integrations, product thinking, and global delivery.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOINGBusiness Discovery & Requirements Support
Support discovery sessions with clients and internal stakeholders
Gather and document business objectives, workflows, pain points, and success criteria
Help translate client requests into business requirements, functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Document user journeys, process flows, business rules, assumptions, risks, and dependencies
Help clarify in-scope and out-of-scope functionality with guidance from Delivery, Product, and Engineering leads
Technical & Product Analysis
Work with Product, Engineering, Solution Architecture, and Delivery teams to understand solution options and technical constraints
Translate business needs into clear, structured documentation that technical teams can build against
Support analysis of APIs, data flows, system dependencies, and integration requirements
Help prepare questions, notes, and documentation for technical review sessions
Contribute to MVP scope definition and prioritization discussions under guidance from senior team members
Custom Tech Delivery Support
Support initiatives across bespoke platforms, business systems, product extensions, workflow automation, and third-party integrations
Help maintain requirements documentation throughout the project lifecycle
Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, demos, and delivery check-ins
Support QA and UAT by clarifying requirements, reviewing test cases, documenting issues, and helping validate delivered functionality
Assist with release notes, implementation documentation, and client-facing support materials where required
Client & Stakeholder Collaboration
Build strong working relationships with client stakeholders, local teams, and internal delivery partners
Support requirements walkthroughs, demos, and solution clarification sessions
Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences
Identify gaps, risks, open questions, and potential misalignment early
Help keep stakeholders aligned around requirements, decisions, and delivery expectations
Global Delivery Coordination
Work effectively with globally distributed teams across North America, EMEA, India, and Australia
Prepare clear documentation and structured handoffs to support cross-time-zone delivery
Demonstrate flexibility in working hours where needed to support collaboration
Help maintain alignment between local client teams and global engineering teams

Requirements
2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Project Analyst, or similar role in a software, technology services, consulting, or digital delivery environment
Experience gathering and documenting requirements for software, business systems, integrations, SaaS products, or data-driven platforms
Comfortable working directly with clients or business stakeholders in discovery, requirements, demos, or delivery conversations
Ability to translate business needs into clear documentation, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and functional requirements
Familiarity working with software engineering teams and a basic understanding of the software development lifecycle
Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms
Comfort discussing APIs, integrations, data flows, system dependencies, and technical constraints at a functional level
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to bring structure to ambiguous problems
Collaborative working style and willingness to learn from Product, Engineering, Delivery, and Architecture partners
Experience working with distributed or global teams is an asset
Willingness to flex working hours occasionally to support cross-time-zone collaboration
BONUS POINTS
Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics
Exposure to data platforms, ETL processes, data warehousing, or cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
Experience with sports, entertainment, ticketing, sponsorship, marketing, or fan data ecosystems
Background in consulting, professional services, or client delivery environments
Experience supporting QA, UAT, implementation documentation, or go-live readiness
Familiarity with product management practices such as MVP definition, prioritization, and roadmap planning
Business analysis, product ownership, Agile, or Scrum certification
