JOB SUMMARY

The Strategic Programs Manager - Allianz Partners (Steering Transformation) is a critically important role, the primary purpose of which is to optimise the teams effectiveness in their commitments to the organisation, the board, executive leadership, and other key stakeholders. Responsible for planning and coordination of key deliverables and ensuring the successful execution of the Leadership Teams vision through clear communication, collaboration, execution, and the strategic use of AI and digital technologies to drive transformation. The incumbent shall be able to collaborate and build relationships with key stakeholders across Operations and other functions including HR and finance, ensuring that outputs are aligned with the overall business strategy.

WHAT YOU DO

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following: • Lead, coordinate, develop and implement key focus topics across the Steering Transformation Leadership Team. This will involve regular interaction and partnership with Allianz Partners Group Operations and other functional areas of the business. A deep understanding of the business challenges will be required so that you can drive momentum that supports Operations transformation. • Assess and advise the Global Operations Leadership Team on progress and alignment with the overall strategic agenda. Ensure that the Steering Transformation Team Heads are accountable for agreed deliverables and that there is a framework in place to assess progress • Be the driving force for the implementation of change initiatives. This includes leading in defining program scope, goals and deliverables as well as ensuring that the Global Operations Leadership Team develop and execute program plans in accordance with agreed KPIs and milestones • Drive the interface between the Steering Transformation Global Operations function and other functional areas, Allianz Partners Group, Allianz Group and any external stakeholders. Ensure that our specific organisational and business requirements are advocated and accounted for in relevant decision making • Overall management of the Global Steering Transformation Operations Leadership Team agenda ensuring that agreed actions are delivered, and support in planning on strategic and offsite sessions.

WHAT YOU BRING

To be successful in this position you will need to have the following skills/ experience:

Demonstratable experience of thinking conceptually with involvement in transformation projects of scale• Ability to infer what is required on behalf of the leadership team, and ensuring planning and communication to deliver outputs in a timely manner• Ability to interact fluently with senior management and clearly articulate your position• Capability to operate to tight deadlines where clear summaries are required • Strong MS Office skills• Fluent in English
