Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

You support us with our SAP P58 Template and help our Operations team in daily project activities

You prepare presentations and training materials

You assist in the creation and review of process documentation and with data analysis, reporting, and dashboard preparation

You support us by making meeting preparations, minutes, and action tracking

You maintain project repositories, SharePoint sites, and collaboration spaces and contribute to automation and continuous improvement initiatives

You support in testing, user acceptance activities, and business communications

Your qualifications and experience:

You are currently enrolled in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields

You are at least for one year available

You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience with Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate, or Azure DevOps is a plus

Ideally you have knowledge of SAP business processes

Your attributes and skills:

You have very good communication skills in English, German is a plus

You can work independently and collaboratively within global teams
