What you will enjoy doing
You will support the Finance SSC business with major system implementations and transitions
You will lead the business transition from PDF invoicing to Electronic invoicing across multiple European countries. (both inbound & outbound)
Mapping and tracking project timelines, progress, risks & dependencies to drive successful execution and on time delivery will be part of your role
You will develop project plans, milestones and status updates while collaborating with cross-functional teas to document and fully understand business requirements
You will act as a liaison between business user and technical teams
Additionally, you will document, validate business requirements translating them into action items and deliverables
What makes you great
You hold a certification in PMP or relevant Project Management
Demonstrating strong data analyses and problem solving skills suits your profile
You maintain strong organisation skills and project coordination skills, effectively managing tasks and priorities simultaneously
You have the ability to build strong relationships, collaborate across different functional teams and manage stakeholders
Additionally, you have previous experience of managing projects involving finance and new system implementations
You have experience using tools such as Excel, Oracle, Power BI
