Act a s a Product Lead for our Sales Enablement technology , supporting all things Sales Enablement & CRM technology as it relates to growing the business. You will own the vision, strategy, and implementation for the future of our sales and customer health tooling , guiding RXO from a read & write CRM to a sales enablement ecosystem that removes the friction that gets in the way of sales teams spending more time with customers and prospects . The ideal candidate will help craft the future vision in partnership with senior leadership & key stakeholders, gaining consensus, crafting an executable roadmap, and delivering against agreed-upon goals. This role will also play a leading cross -functional role delivering both technology & process recommendations for our customer sales organization s.

The Senior Product Manager can expect to have mentorship opportunity and work rationalization for several execution resources , with preference given to candidates who express interest in a path to people management.
