It's why we work with some of the world's leading creators to produce and share audio storytelling with our millions of global listeners. We are dreamers and inventors who come from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences to empower and inspire each other. Imagine your future with us.

ABOUT THIS ROLE

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join the People Analytics team at Audible. In this role, you will be a business-embedded analytics leader who drives data-informed decision-making across Audible's People & Places organization and the broader business.

You'll synthesize complex data from a variety of domains to create insights with significant business impact. Your work will enable leaders across Audible to make fast, informed people decisions in a dynamic, often ambiguous environment. You'll design and scale analytical tools, dashboards, and reporting solutions - evolving ad-hoc data artifacts into scalable, self-service solutions that shape talent strategy.

ABOUT THE TEAM

The Senior Analyst will be part of Audible's People Analytics & AI team, which partners with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition and Development, and organizational leadership to deliver data-driven insights that support Audible's talent strategy. Our team focuses on the inputs that attract, grow, and retain creative, technical, and business talent, leveraging analytics to drive measurable impact on employee experience. Our team is at the forefront of integrating AI and generative AI into our analytics practice and leverages these tools to scale insights, automate workflows, and push the boundaries of what people analytics can deliver. We expect team members to lead by example in adopting and championing AI-enabled approaches across the organization.

As a Senior Analyst, Audible People & Places, you will...

Own end-to-end development of KPIs, deep-dive analyses, and scalable self-service reporting solutions that measure the effectiveness of talent programs and inform organizational strategy

Design, build, and maintain Workday custom reports and optimized SQL data models to support reliable, repeatable people data reporting across the organization

Proactively monitor key performance metrics, surface risks and opportunities to senior leadership, and leverage statistical modeling, survey design, and experimentation methods when deeper investigation is needed

Champion the adoption of AI and generative AI tools across the analytics workflow - automating data preparation, accelerating insight generation, and scaling self-service capabilities for stakeholders

Coach managers and HR partners on analytics best practices while actively participating in team planning, stakeholder management, and roadmap discussions to ensure alignment with business priorities
