What You will Do:
Build and maintain integrated project schedules
Create critical path analyses
Understand dependencies across workstreams
Manage milestone tracking
Produce executive status reporting
Support Tollgates, Go-Live readiness, and rollout planning
Using Microsoft Project, Jira Advanced Roadmaps
Facilitate Daily Scrums
Sprint Planning
Sprint Reviews
Retrospectives
Backlog refinement
Dependency management
RAID log maintenance
Velocity tracking
Agile coaching
Build executive dashboards
Sprint metrics
Test execution dashboards
Risk dashboards
Capacity planning reports
Integrate Jira, SAP, Excel, and SharePoint data sources
Create automated KPI reporting
What You Will Bring:
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PSM
3+ years of Scrum Master experience
Jira Expertise
Agile portfolio reporting
Strong scheduling experience
Critical Path Method (CPM)
Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
Resource planning
Risk management
Power BI
SQL (preferred)
Excel Power Pivot
Executive reporting
Can challenge the team when dates are unrealistic
Communicates clearly with leadership
Strong facilitator
Self-starter
Works across business and IT
Pay Range: $75000 to $90000
Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.
Work Requirements:
This role is considered an on-site position located in Charlotte, NC
You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
