Partner closely with engineering, test, and research team to reduce schedule duration, improve execution efficiency, and identify schedule recovery opportunities.

Develop alternative execution approaches and contingency plans to maintain commitments within approved technical scope, budget, and schedule constraints.

Facilitate program planning activities, including work breakdown structures, milestone development, resource planning, and risk management.

Lead action item tracking and ensure timely closure of program issues, risks, and decisions.

Drive accountability throughout the organization by establishing clear ownership, priorities, and follow-through.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.

5+ years of experience in program planning, project management, technical program management, or related roles.

Demonstrated experience developing and managing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).

Experience writing and reviewing Statements of Work (SOWs) and technical program documentation.

Strong understanding of critical path methodology, schedule risk analysis, and program execution best practices.

Proven ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary technical teams.

Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Highly proactive and action oriented.

Strong leadership presence without direct authority.

Able to influence and motivate technical teams toward common objectives.

Comfortable working through ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities.

Detail-oriented while maintaining focus on overall program objectives.

Relentless in driving actions to closure and removing execution barriers.
