"Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master Experience: 8-10 years Role Summary: We are looking for an Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead transformation programs across Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Power Platform. The role will drive Agile execution, delivery governance, stakeholder alignment, backlog coordination, dependency management, risk tracking, release readiness, and measurable business value realization across Microsoft-aligned workstreams. Key Responsibilities: ? Own integrated planning, milestone tracking, delivery governance, and execution reporting across Microsoft Cloud transformation workstreams. ? Coordinate cross-functional delivery across Azure, Fabric, Power BI, Power Platform, AI/Copilot, QA, governance, security, business, and customer stakeholder teams. ? Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, PI/release planning, and demo checkpoints. ? Manage product backlogs, sprint commitments, velocity/burndown tracking, dependencies, risks, issues, assumptions, decisions, blockers, scope changes, and release readiness. ? Maintain transparent status reporting, RAID logs, action trackers, steering updates, milestone plans, release plans, and stakeholder communications. ? Drive alignment between Microsoft solution architects, cloud engineers, business analysts, product owners, security teams, governance teams, and customer stakeholders. ? Enable incremental value delivery through Agile demos, sprint validation checkpoints, UAT coordination, production-readiness reviews, adoption planning, and hypercare support. ? Ensure delivery remains aligned to agreed scope, resourcing model, Microsoft business priorities, governance expectations, commercials, and customer outcomes. Required Skills: ? 5?8 years of project management, Agile delivery, Scrum Master, or delivery management experience in enterprise Microsoft technology programs. ? Mandatory experience managing Microsoft transformation, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Power Platform, AI/Copilot, analytics, automation, or application modernization programs. ? Preferred exposure to Microsoft delivery ecosystems involving Azure DevOps, governance, cloud migration, platform modernization, analytics adoption, and secure enterprise operations. ? Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum practices, sprint execution, product backlog management, user story tracking, estimation, velocity/burndown reporting, dependency tracking, RAID management, milestone planning, and stakeholder governance. ? Exposure to Microsoft platforms such as Azure, Microsoft Fabric, ADF, Synapse, Power BI, Power Platform, Azure AI services, Microsoft Purview, or Azure DevOps is preferred. ? Strong communication, facilitation, escalation management, executive status reporting, commercial awareness, and cross-functional coordination skills. Required / Preferred Domain Background: Manufacturing data program experience is strongly preferred. "
