Job description
You will join our team and play a pivotal role in supporting application implementation projects within the manufacturing or pharmaceutical sector. As an Application Project Manager, you will act as a technical-functional consultant, coordinating with global stakeholders and business users to ensure successful project delivery. You will oversee vendor activities, manage system integrations, and support project management activities, leveraging your knowledge of LIMS and MES systems.
Your Missions:
Coordinate with business users to gather requirements and support solution delivery
Provide technical-functional consulting across application implementation and project management
Oversee and validate vendor-created configurations, ensuring alignment with project objectives
Manage global stakeholders, including close collaboration with Switzerland HQ and vendors in Japan and other locations
Support system integration activities across hardware and application layers, focusing on data and API integrations
Provide project management support for implementation activities, including planning and progress tracking
Leverage knowledge of LIMS and MES systems to support project objectives (experience with LIMS/MES is a plus)
Support junior-level security tasks as required
Facilitate data integrations and migrations, ensuring seamless application and system interoperability
Communicate effectively in Spanish, English, and French to coordinate with international teams
Your Profile:
Experience in technical-functional consulting within application implementation projects
Experience with system integration, application integration, and data/API integrations
Experience in manufacturing or pharmaceutical environments
Experience with LIMS and/or MES systems is a plus
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
Ability to oversee and validate vendor deliverables
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish, English, and French
Experience supporting junior-level security tasks
Ability to coordinate with global stakeholders and multicultural teams
Fully proficient in English; Spanish and French are a plus
