OVERVIEW

The Analyst II- Logistics is responsible for driving Operations with excellence. The candidate needs to align the priorities of Business stakeholders to Floor teams. She/ He is expected to be a functional expert in the process, provide directional clarity for the team, work with a continuous improvement mindset and show exceptional customer centricity.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for Import/ Export Operations. Should be a functional expert and able to set up routines from scratch and focus on Process excellence

Managing stock availability and coordinating with production planners to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Monitoring inventory levels and proactively addressing potential stock shortages or excess inventory.

Coordinating production schedules to support on-time deliveries and shipment commitments.

Tracking open orders and ensuring material availability to meet customer requirements.

Managing delivery priorities and resolving supply constraints to minimize business impact.

Supporting demand and supply planning activities through regular stakeholder communication.

Coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and customer escalations.

Ensuring accurate master data and inventory records between SAP and OMP systems.

Coordinating with production planners to monitor manufacturing schedules and ensure timely completion of production orders.

Following up on production progress and proactively addressing delays that may impact customer deliveries.

Collaborating with Quality teams to expedite stock release and minimize order fulfilment delays.

Tracking batch release status and escalating critical delays to ensure continuity of supply.

Responsible initially to do transition of process, understand and be able to guide teams in setting up the process on the floor and be a change management agent

Lead and drive Service reviews of KPIs and governance meetings to action continuous improvements

Identify opportunities across the E2E supply chain to enable KHC operations cost improvement and process standardization

Daily management of the sailing schedule and, customer pickup planning and pulling orders forward to meet payload goals for both primary and secondary network

Floating orders to meet available capacity where necessary, Revisiting shipments to add on volume.

Leading calls to address expediting/shortening lead time/ MOQs, to build solutions for customers without cost-in

Facilitate for customs clearance documentations and prioritizations management, ensure document control measures are adhered to – in respective portals and local systems and trackers

Effectively able to do Root Cause Analysis for issues and come up with implementable solutions

KEY INTERFACES

Supply Chain Stakeholders across markets, Transporters, Shippers, Direct Order Customers

Business Processes: Logistics Processes, Invoicing, Warehouse management processes, Control tower Operations, Carrier/ Shipper management, Documentation and compliances

Within KHC, this role will work very closely with Operations functions across global zones, GBS, Global Logistics, Supply Planning and IT

REQUIREMENTS

6-8 years Experience in Logistics Operations especially in Exports Operations with awareness of Documentation and International logistics and shipping Operations

Working Knowledge in OTM and SAP interfaces will be a added advantage

Hands on work attitude and customer centric. Bias towards Action

Excellent Interpersonal skills, Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must fluently speak English
