Lead Data Analyst (Anaplan)

We are looking for a Lead Data Analyst to lead Anaplan model design and connected planning for our Marketing Finance spend and ROI forecasting workflows. You will keep the model reliable and extensible while coordinating integrations across Anaplan, Workfront, Snowflake, and Tableau for reporting at scale. Responsibilities

Architect, maintain, and evolve the Anaplan-based model supporting marketing spend operations, ROI forecasting, and reporting

Coordinate and ensure smooth data movement across Anaplan, Workfront, Snowflake, and Tableau for marketing, finance, and operations data

Extend the model to new Marketing business segments and additional use cases

Convert real-world budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliation processes into scalable connected planning solutions

Prioritize and manage multiple initiatives while balancing short-term requirements with long-term strategy

Partner across teams in Agile delivery using Scrum and Kanban methodologies

Use analytical thinking and technical analysis to support data manipulation needs

Requirements

Deep expertise with 5+ years of Anaplan model-building and a minimum Level 2 Model Builder Certification

Background in integrating large-scale ERPs such as SAP BPC, SAC and HANA or Oracle

Practical experience operating in Agile environments using Scrum and Kanban

Advanced skills in SQL and Tableau, Power BI or Qlik

Strong ability to juggle multiple initiatives while balancing immediate needs with long-term strategy

Excellent analytical thinking, technical analysis, and data manipulation capability

Fluent communication skills in English at a B2+ level

Nice to have

Level 3 Certification

Participation in at least one full Anaplan implementation cycle
