Our client is a globally connected technology organization offering cloud-based solutions and workforce services across 170+ markets. They provide scalable platforms, compliance-ready systems, and localized support to help businesses internationally.

ROLE

Our client is seeking a professional to continuously monitor and analyze customers’ technical challenges, assisting customers and technical support engineers in the quick and efficient handling of support tickets through an in-depth understanding of customer business. This role is focused on providing stability support, assurance, and cloud-based business governance. The successful candidate will act as the primary owner for customer technical projects, facilitating cloud adoption, migration, and optimization while building strong customer relationships and identifying business development opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor compliance with financial regulations, tax legislation, and reporting requirements across the United States and key Latin American markets.

Prepare and submit statutory financial statements, tax returns, and regulatory reports in line with local requirements.

Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and legal advisers regarding audits and compliance matters.

Monitor regulatory changes and assess their potential impact on business operations.

Work with regional finance teams to implement and improve compliance policies and procedures.

Support internal and external audits by providing accurate documentation and explanations.

Identify financial and regulatory risks and recommend corrective actions.

Maintain accurate compliance records and support documentation.

Perform detailed account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in financial compliance, accounting, or audit, ideally within a multi-country environment.

Knowledge of local GAAP or IFRS requirements in Latin American jurisdictions.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Professional proficiency in English.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

PREFFERED

CPA or an equivalent professional accounting certification.

Experience supporting operations across both the United States and Latin America.

Knowledge of ERP and compliance systems such as SAP or Oracle.

Spanish or Portuguese language skills.

Mandarin Chinese proficiency is an advantage.
