Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Network Engineer with hands-on experience in Azure Networking and Palo Alto Firewalls to support enterprise-scale cloud and network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for network operations, troubleshooting, security administration, monitoring, and implementation of infrastructure changes while supporting a 24x7 operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

Azure Networking

Manage and support Azure networking components including Virtual Networks (VNets), Network Security Groups (NSGs), Azure Firewall, Route Tables, VPN Gateways, and connectivity services.

Troubleshoot network connectivity issues between Azure and on-premises environments.

Configure and maintain Site-to-Site VPNs, point-to-site VPNs, and VNet peering.

Monitor and optimize Azure network performance and availability.

Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Palo Alto firewalls and Panorama.

Implement firewall policies, NAT rules, and security configurations.

Perform PAN-OS upgrades, patching, and vulnerability remediation activities.

Support firewall backup, restore, and disaster recovery processes.

Monitor enterprise network infrastructure and respond to incidents within defined SLAs.

Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot complex network issues.

Support DNS, DHCP, routing, switching, and VPN technologies.

Coordinate with vendors, cloud teams, security teams, and service providers for issue resolution.

Participate in change implementation, maintenance activities, and infrastructure upgrades.

Required Skills

Strong experience with Microsoft Azure Networking.

Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Firewalls and Panorama.

Good understanding of:

TCP/IP

Routing & Switching

VPN Technologies

Network Security Concepts

Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.

Familiarity with ITIL processes, Incident Management, Change Management, and ServiceNow.

Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Azure certifications (AZ-700, AZ-104, or equivalent).

Palo Alto certifications (PCNSA/PCNSE).

Experience supporting large-scale cloud and enterprise network environments.

Exposure to automation and scripting for network operations.

Additional Requirements

Willingness to work in a 24x7 rotational shift environment.

Availability for weekend support, on-call activities, planned maintenance, and emergency incidents.

Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with global teams.

Experience Required: 1 year +

Notice Period: Immediate to 60 Days Preferred

Employment Type: Permanent Full-Time Position.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA degree or equivalent or related field
