Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Full Stack Developer (MERN Stack) with 2 years of hands-on experience in developing scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in the MERN stack and be capable of building responsive, high-performance applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React.js.

Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.

Work with MongoDB for database design, optimization, and maintenance.

Integrate third-party APIs and services.

Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following best practices.

Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues.

Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.

Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and other developers.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required Skills

2 years of experience in MERN Stack development.

Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+).

Hands-on experience with React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.

Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, and responsive web design.

Experience in developing and consuming REST APIs.

Knowledge of JWT Authentication, role-based access control, and security best practices.

Experience with Git/GitHub for version control.

Familiarity with Redux or Context API for state management.

Basic knowledge of deployment on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or DigitalOcean) is an advantage.

Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, or Docker is a plus.

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
