Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, testing, and maintenance of enterprise applications using the .NET platform.

Define technical architecture, coding standards, and software development best practices.

Mentor and guide software engineers through technical coaching, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.

Develop scalable and maintainable applications using .NET, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, Entity Framework, and related technologies.

Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices following modern architectural principles.

Drive software quality through code reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration practices.

Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA teams, and global stakeholders to deliver business requirements.

Support cloud adoption, containerization, and CI/CD implementation using Azure DevOps and modern deployment pipelines.

Participate in technical planning, estimation, risk identification, and release activities.

Ensure solutions adhere to security, performance, and maintainability standards.

Promote Agile engineering practices and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.

Familiarity with Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, Microservices, and REST APIs.
